A year in the making: 44 hours to go

Sure it takes sometime to render on a 2.1GHz iMac (just a power PC, mind you, not even the new Intel Core 2 Duo version) with only 1.5GB ram. At times like this, we really wished we have the new Mac Pro. A full HD movie made on a S$2,000 machine, the wait is well worth it. Now only if someone did not tripped over the hard-disk wires, the wait might have been over by now.

Which came first? Royston or Jane?

Becoming Jane
Jane Austen (Anne Hathaway) lit up the world with her words, wit and wisdom. But her life was stoked by passion and romance. At the age of 20, she met and fell in love with Tom Lefroy (James McAvoy) and their relationship sparks a tale as real and romantic as her greatest work.

See official movie site.

Becoming Royston
Boon Huat (Alvin Neo) lit up the internet with visuals, vision and visdom. But his life was stoked by "passion" and "romance". At the age of 20, he met and fell in love with Ah Girl (Oon Shu An) and their relationship sparks a tale as real and romantic as his first script which is still in his head.

The odds. Sigh.
